GUWAHATI: An Indian Army vehicle was seen taking an illegal U-turn in Guwahati’s AT Road flyover on Wednesday, December 18.
As the truck’s maneuvering led to the congestion of traffic over the path, commuters and residents were left confounded by the situation.
