GUWAHATI: A team from Tihu Police Station conducted a raid and busted a gambling racket along with apprehending the individuals involved on late hours of November 6.
The operation targeted the areas of Kamarpara and Balapara, resulting in the apprehension of two gambling gangs caught in the act. The police also seized a significant amount of cash, dice, and gambling cards during the operation.
Nalbari Police took to X to put out, "In a drive against gambling, last night a team of Tihu PS conducted a raid at Kamarpara and Balapara. Two gambling gangs were caught red-handed. Cash, dice, and gambling cards were seized.”
