GUWAHATI: A head-on collision between an ambulance and a dumper truck at Narayanpur in the Lakhimpur district of Assam on Saturday, September 21 left five people, including a child, injured.

The ambulance (AS 01 BY 0131) was moving from Tezpur's Times Medical to Lakhimpur with a body at the time of the accident.
Speaking to Gplus, an official from Narayanpur Police Station confirmed the incident saying the injured were admitted to Lakhimpur Medical College Hospital (LMCH) for treatment.
