GUWAHATI: Akhil Gogoi's bail plea has been rejected by a special NIA Court in the anti-CAA protest case.

Akhil Gogoi will now move Gauhati High Court for the same. The peasant leader will approach Gauhati High Court next week for three cases registered at Dibrugarh’s Chabua Police station.
Gogoi was arrested on December 19 from Jorhat and was sent to Delhi post which the leader was brought to the Central Jail in Guwahati.
