GUWAHATI: The results of the Post Graduate Students’ Union (PGSU) of Gauhati University (GU) was declared on Wednesday, September 25.
Notably, the All Assam Students’ Union (AASU) backed candidates swept the Post-Graduate Students’ Union (PGSU) election of Gauhati University for the year 2019-20.
AASU backed candidates won 10 out of the 15 seats, including the posts of president and vice-president while Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) backed candidates won four posts, including the post of general secretary.
