GUWAHATI: The Union Finance Ministry has issued Rs 90,000 crore liquidity injection for Electricity Distribution Companies of India (DISCOMs).
Loans are to be given against state guarantees for the exclusive purpose of discharging liabilities of DISCOMs to Gencos.
