A six-year-old girl raped in Aligarh by her cousin over two weeks ago died in a Delhi hospital on Tuesday, October 6.
The girl was from Hathras but had been living with her maternal aunt ever since the death of her mother last year. She was taken to Delhi for treatment after her condition deteriorated.
Hathras police chief clarified that while she belongs to the district, the incident took place in the Iglas police station area of Aligarh.
