GUWAHATI: A team from Jalukbari Police Station raided a hideout near Jalukbari, recovering 47 stolen mobile phones on Tuesday, March 11. The operation led to the arrest of two individuals.

The suspects, identified as Habibur Rahman and Mohar Ali Sheikh, both hailing from Murshidabad, West Bengal, were taken into custody following the raid.
Authorities are investigating the potential network involved in mobile phone theft and illegal trade.
Earlier on February 22, Guwahati police apprehended two individuals linked to a mobile shop burglary in the Lakhtokia area. During that operation, officers recovered 29 stolen phones, burglary tools, and 15 AirPods.
