GUWAHATI: The Kamrup (M) excise department has seized and destroyed 300 litres of illegal liquor as part of a drive carried out in Tamulikuchi area near Jorabat and Beltola Survey.
The drive was carried out today morning, June 4.

During the drive, led by Debajit Nath, superintendant of excise, Guwahati Sadar, the officials also destroyed 1500 litre of ingredients as well as equipment used to prepare the liquor.
