GUWAHATI: At least 12 people were injured after a bus collided with a truck at Teok in Jorhat district on Monday, September 30 at around 3:00 AM.

Talking to Gplus, an official from Jorhat Police Station informed that a bus while returning to Teok from an 'Aatmanirbhar Assam’ event in Guwahati crashed into a parked truck on the side of the road in the Mudoijan area.
According to the official, soon after the accident, the driver fled the scene. The injured were taken to the Jorhat Medical College and Hospital for treatment.
