GUWAHATI: Zubeen Garg will be observing ‘Sankalpa Day’ to protest against the Centre’s move of passing the contentious Citizenship (Amendment) Bill, 2016 on January 17 in Tezpur.
The protest is initiated by the Kalaguru Artist Federation and would be staged by the Artists Federation of the state at Collegiate High School field, Tezpur.
