GUWAHATI: The Guwahati Jal Board has issued a notice to inform its consumers about an ongoing water supply interruption on October 30, in the DMA6G4 region.
This interruption will affect areas including Bhaskar Nagar, Hatigarh Chariali, Sarvoday Nagar, and others.
The water supply disruption is necessitated by the need for urgent repair work following the detection of a sudden leak at Hatigarh Chariali.
Guwahati Jal Board authorities have acted to address the issue and ensure that necessary repairs are made.
Guwahati Jal Board took to X to put out a statement, which read, “We would like to inform our esteemed consumers that water supply will be interrupted on 30.10.23 in DMA6G4 having areas namely Bhaskar Nagar, Hatigarh Chariali, Sarvoday Nagar etc. due to urgent repairing work followed by a sudden leak at Hatigarh Chariali.
