When asked if he aims to elevate Assam to the same level as Haridwar, Ramdev responded, "In Assam, we have three establishments. Our significant investment after Haridwar has been in Tezpur."

Patanjali set up a manufacturing unit in Tezpur district in November 2016, which Ramdev described as a substantial investment following Haridwar.

He also highlighted Patanjali's educational initiatives, stating, "We have made educational efforts for 1,000 children and plan to educate more than 5,000." Additionally, he mentioned the launch of wellness initiatives, noting, "We are steadily making progress."

On October 2, 2024, the Patanjali Wellness Centre was inaugurated in Azara, marking the first integrated holistic healthcare initiative in Assam. Ramdev stated that this center is the largest after Haridwar.

Discussing his connection with Assam, Ramdev noted that his venture into Ayurveda services began there, where he initially conducted surveys, sought donations, and produced medicines for the local population.
