With a vision to decongest the urban core and address critical challenges like traffic bottlenecks in Fancy Bazar and AT Road, the GMDA Master Plan identifies North Guwahati and Amingaon as key areas for expansion and development.

North Guwahati is poised to become a prime location for residential and mixed-use projects. Upcoming infrastructure like the Bharalumukh-North Guwahati bridge and the third Saraighat bridge will enhance connectivity, making it an attractive alternative to traditional business zones like GS Road.

The government's focus on allocating land for essential services such as education and healthcare further underlines its commitment to balanced urban development.

Amingaon is rapidly evolving into a vibrant hub for business and residential developments. With modern road networks and projects like Trinity Business Park, it promises a flourishing commercial ecosystem, blending convenience with innovation.

As Guwahati prepares for unprecedented growth, sustainable urban planning takes center stage. Developments like Trinity Business Park set a benchmark with eco-friendly designs, energy-efficient facilities, and green spaces, aiming to improve both productivity and quality of life.

By embracing smart planning and sustainability, Guwahati is on track to becoming a model for urbanisation in Northeast India, harmonising growth with progress.
