GUWAHATI: The abandoned vehicle of Dipankar Barman, the alleged mastermind behind the infamous DB Scam, has been found near Guwahati Club on August 25.

The car, which has been idle, sitting by the side of the road with a punctured tire, was brought to light when an affected investor captured a video of it.
Despite the vehicle being in a prime area for the past 3-4 days, investors allege that no action had been taken by the authorities.
Frustrated investors alleged that they have informed the police about the car’s presence, but they are yet to receive a satisfactory response.
Police officials have acknowledged the situation, stating that the investigation is ongoing.
