Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra Workshops Conducted In Guwahati

 

GUWAHATI: The Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra continues its journey, making progress and community welfare in Assam as two events took place in Guwahati – one at the Arya Vidyapeeth College playground and the second at Chatribari Christian Hospital. 

In both locations, Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) vans showcased short films highlighting the government's welfare schemes. Attendees, and beneficiaries of schemes such as PM Ujjwala Yojana, PM Awas Yojana, PM Svanidhi, etc., shared the benefits received through these union government welfare initiatives.

In the Biswanath district, the IEC van reached Panibhoral Gram Panchayat, where the agriculture department organized an event showcasing the use of drones for nano urea spraying in paddy fields. Attendees, including beneficiaries of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi, PM Matru Vandana Yojana, PM Awas Yojana, etc., showcased the usefulness of these schemes.

Simultaneously, in the Hojai district, the yatra reached the Ajarbari development block, where an event was organised at the Bhalukmari market. Officials from various government departments explained to the public about the benefits of various government schemes. Local beneficiaries of diverse welfare schemes actively participated in the event, emphasising the positive impact of these initiatives on their lives.
