GUWAHATI: A team from Basistha Police Station recovered stolen items from a shop in 15th Mile, Byrnihat on Monday, February 17. The raid resulted in the recovery of a Lenovo laptop with its charger, 17 stolen mobile phones, two additional stolen laptops, ₹5,54,500 in cash, and an Aadhaar card.

The thieves, Shyam Doloi, also known as Sam (26), and Nitul Medhi, alias Romoni (24), broke into a locked house in Beltola and stole a laptop.
Upon investigation, the police traced the stolen device to Sarbat Mulla, also known as Mulla (32), a receiver of stolen goods.
All three suspects were arrested, and legal proceedings have been initiated.
