GUWAHATI: Rohit Basfor, who has acted in the upcoming series Family Man 3, was found dead in the Garbhanga Waterfalls near Guwahati on Sunday, April 27, afternoon.

Officials from the Rani Police Outpost said the incident occurred around 2 PM; Basfore had gone for a picnic with nine of his colleagues when he reportedly fell into the waterfall.
Talking to GPlus, an official from Rani Police Outpost said, "We received the report around 4 PM and reached the spot by 4:30 PM. The SDRF team later recovered the body around 6:30 PM."
Initial investigations suggest that Basfore accidentally fell into the waterfall. Police said no foul play has been suspected so far.
The body has been sent for post-mortem examination.
Further investigation is underway.
