SRIJANASOM Trust Organises Free Health Camp For Flood Affected People In Kamrup

GUWAHATI: SRIJANASOM Trust, a charitable institution in association with Excelcare Hospitals, Guwahati, organised a health camp for the flood-affected people in Hajo area of Kamrup district at Charabari Kali mandir premise on August 3.

It is to be mentioned that a total of 567 affected people attended the camp and doctors from various departments examined the patients and provided free medicines for the people.

The members of the trust also provided sanitary napkins among the women of the area along with sanitization materials among the villagers.

The initiative was headed by Indian Revenue Service (IRS) officer Padmapani Bora, who donated 10 days of his salary towards the Chief Minister's Relief Fund.

SRIJANASOM Trust has initiated various activities to promote its aims and objectives such as biannual award ceremony, The Moghai Ojah Srijam Award-providing financial assistance to students from the weaker sections.
