According to the notification, the following modifications and additions have been made:

•    Mandatory UDISE Code: The registration process now mandates the inclusion of the 11-digit UDISE (Unified District Information System for Education) Code for each school. However, schools lacking the UDISE code are required to mark "Applied For" in the UDISE Code field on the Registration portal's "My School" page. Schools without the UDISE code must promptly apply for it through the appropriate authority and update it in the Registration portal before the registration process for the next academic year, i.e., 2025. Additionally, all schools with a UDISE code must enroll their students in the UDISE portal, as registration of students will not be permitted without the UDISE Code from the next academic year onwards.

•    Student ID Requirement: Government and Provincialised Schools are instructed to provide the 17-digit Student ID of Class VIII, utilised in Gunotsav or Siksha Setu, during the registration of each student. In cases where the 17-digit Student ID is unavailable for any student, schools are required to input "NA" (Not Available) in the corresponding field on the Registration portal.

•    Private School Compliance: Private schools, including non-provincialised schools, are informed that the 17-digit Student ID is not available for their students. Therefore, they are instructed to input "NA" (Not Available) in the Student ID field on the registration portal to proceed with the registration process.
