GUWAHATI: Rajasthan Royals (RR) announced a final opportunity on Friday, December 27, for ticket holders of the canceled match between Rajasthan Royals and Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) last season to claim their refunds.

Majority of refunds already processed; remaining fans must claim refunds by January 11, 2025.
The franchise has confirmed that over 90% of refunds have already been processed successfully. Rajasthan Royals also expressed gratitude to their fans for their patience and cooperation throughout the process. For those yet to claim their refunds, the Royals have outlined a clear procedure to ensure transparency and efficiency.
To claim a refund, ticket holders must present their original match ticket along with a valid government-issued ID. Additionally, they have been requested to provide a cancelled cheque from their bank account for verification purposes. Refunds will be processed within one month from the date of submission, after due diligence is completed.
Additionally, representatives from the Rajasthan Royals will be available at the ACA office in Guwahati from January 2 to 11, between 12 PM and 5 PM daily. Fans can visit during this period to submit their refund requests. The Royals’ team will further assist ticket holders in completing the process and ensuring that all necessary details are collected.
