GUWAHATI: Following former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh’s demise on late Thursday night, December 26, one of his old speeches has been making the rounds lately on the Internet.
In the video, he can be seen reflecting on the contemporary media's alleged perception of him as the ‘Silent Prime Minister,’ and makes a thoughtful comment regarding whether history will paint him in a better light.
