GUWAHATI: Musician Tarali Sarma’s mother was targeted by a chain-snatcher near her residence in Ambikagiri Nagar on Friday morning, September 13.
It is to be mentioned that she fell down and was seriously injured. Due to falling on the concrete floor, she also sustained a head injury.
She is currently treatment at a city hospital and has been placed under the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
The chain snatcher is still at large and hasn’t been caught yet.
Officials are looking into the CCTV footage to ascertain the identity of the accused and to find out more details.
