GUWAHATI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be sharing a message with the citizens of India at 6 PM today, October 20.
 

"Will be sharing a message with my fellow citizens at 6 PM this evening," Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Office said in a tweet.
