GUWAHATI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be in Assam today to address a rally in Silchar in keeping with the Lok Sabha elections on April 11.
As per reports, Modi is scheduled to arrive in Guwahati at around 1 pm and then immediately proceed to Kendukana in Kamrup district.

He will address a public meeting at Kendukana at 2 PM. Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal, NEDA convenor Himanta Biswa Sarma and other senior BJP leaders will be present at the event.
