Pijush Hazarika, newly appointed minister in the Sarbananda Sonowal led BJP government in Assam, has officially taken charge of his office at Janata Bhawan.
The minister took charge of his office by performing holy rituals (Naam-Kirtan) at his office. His family members were also present during the ceremony.
Pijush Hazarika has been allotted the ministry of urban development excluding T&CP (I), Health & family welfare (Asst cabinet Minister as MoS)
Himanta Biswa Sarma conveyed his best wishes to Hazarika on officially taking charge of his office.
