GUWAHATI: Kamrup (M) district administration, through a fresh notice dated 8th April 2020, again issued a list of 10 app and contact based vendors to provide home delivery of vegetables to Guwahatians.
G Plus checked on the availability of these services and found that six of them are currently functioning, one service will start delivery from tomorrow, while the rest three are not available.
The functional service providers are as follows and their services can be availed via mobile based apps and/or contact numbers as provided.

These available services said that they are all struggling with manpower issues and orders placed would take at least 48 to 72 hours’ time to deliver.
Although all services are trying to provide for the entire city, most are unable to do so and are extending services to only certain areas.
Most of them are opting for pre-packed packages of vegetables as it is not feasible to deliver small packets given the shortage in manpower and transport permissibility.
