A multi-speciality hospital will be built in about 50 acres of land and the proposed 362 bedded hospital will be built at a cost of Rs. 312 crore.

Speaking on the occasion CM Sonowal said that during the last 11 month, the present state government has been resolutely working to uplift the poor section of the society. Sonowal said that the PM’s Sabka Saath Sabka Bikash has an undertone of Swargadeo Sukaphaa’s principle of equality as the State Government has accorded top priority to take all sections of the people on board to provide better health care facilities and quality education along with other amenities.

The RGIPT will serve the need of youths of the State in getting quality education within the State itself and without having to go outside.
