GUWAHATI: A fatal accident occurred on Pavoi Road in Biswanath when an oil tanker collided with a motorcycle, claiming the life of one individual at the scene on Thursday, October 24.

The identity of the deceased has yet to be confirmed by authorities.
Talking to GPlus, an official from Biswanath Chariali police station confirmed the incident, saying, “The accident occurred on Pavoi road. An individual is dead and another sustained injuries”
Another individual involved in the crash sustained serious injuries and was rushed to Biswanath District Hospital, where they are currently receiving treatment.
