GUWAHATI: With growing insecurities looming over the beauty industries in Guwahati, every professional brand is trying hard to maintain their position in the market to assure salon owners that hair, beauty and makeup is a trend and not just a fad.
One such effort was taken up on Tuesday, August 27 by the brand Matrix. They arranged a look and learn show based on new international colour trends in Gauhati Town Club premises.
The sole motive of the show was to display new colours and latest techniques.
With more than 180+ happy and excited salon owners and hairdressers, it was a show full of creativity, glamour and blitz.
After the event concluded, a number of participants said that they learnt a lot and were happy to be a part of this show.
"Guwahati needs more shows of this kind to revive the salon business. With Durga puja knocking on the door, this can prove to be a game changer," said a representative from the event.
