GUWAHATI: A big fire at B.K Kakoti Road in Ulubari is reported to have been caught this morning. Cause of the fire is allegedly because of three cylinder blasts as per the first ground reports from people in the vicinity.
The Fire and Emergency Services Department has rushed and are trying to get the situation under control. A mechanic shop and a provision store are completely gutted by the fire. It is alleged that a lot of lubricant material was also in the area during the time of fire.
The location of the fire is near Nitu furnitures, close to Ulubari Chariali. 5 fire tenders have reached the spot and the fire is aggressively spreading around the locality because of the dry weather.
The actual reason of fire is yet to be ascertained and the amount of damage is yet to be known.
