GUWAHATI: Sports Authority of Assam will conduct a webinar on 30th October 2020 at 2 pm on “Future of Boxing in Assam”. The aim of the webinar is to create awareness and develop Boxing across the State and discuss the way forward.
The speakers on the occasion will be Arjuna Awardee & International Boxer Lovlina Borgohain, General Secretary of Assam Amateur Boxing Association Hemanta Kalita, Doordarshan journalist PrarthanaHazarika, and boxing coaches Amar Deka and Pranamika Bora.
The webinar will also be screened live on the Facebook page of Sports Authority of Assam @sportsauthorityofassam .
Ever since the Covid-19 pandemic broke out, the Sports Authority of Assam has increased its online activity. It has been organizing webinars where subject experts discuss important topics relating to sports and physical education.
