GUWAHATI: Kaziranga National Park and Tiger Reserve will be opened for the current tourist season on 21st October 2020.
The opening ceremony will commence from 11 AM onwards. Chief Minister of Assam Sarbananda Sonowal will grace the occasion.
Earlier, the State Forest Minister Parimal Suklabaidya stated the intentions to start the plans of resuming operations at Kaziranga National Park.
"Kaziranga is being refuelled with the mesmerising beauty again and we will open it very soon for the visitors and nature lovers," Suklabaidya had said.
