The Union submitted a memorandum to Assam Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal.

It is worth mentioning that the Registrar of Companies (RoC), a Ministry of Corporate Affairs wing, which is examining the account books of Jet Airways, has found that the airline violated the Companies Act. RoC also found some unexplained financial transactions in its investigation.
