GUWAHATI: IRS officer, Padmapani Bora has pledged to donate 10 days of his salary to the Assam Chief Minister’s Relief Fund for the ongoing floods in Assam.
In a tweet, Bora mentioned that it was heartbreaking to witness the devastating effects of the floods in Assam.
