GUWAHATI: The Basistha Police along with the Crime Branch of Assam Police busted a betting racket allegedly involved with the Indian Premier League (IPL). The police have arrested two bookies on Tuesday evening.
"We arrested two people in connection with the case," Partha Pratim Gogoi, Officer-in-Charge (OC) told G Plus.
Meanwhile, G Plus spoke to Barun Purkayastha DCP Crime, who revealed that the investigation is currently ongoing to further understand the links.
