GUWAHATI: The Namtola Police in Charaideo district seized a substantial quantity of illegal foreign Arunachali liquor in a bust on November 29.
The operation, part of the ongoing anti-illegal liquor drive, also resulted in the arrest of an individual involved in the unlawful trade. The arrested individual, whose identity has not been disclosed at this time, will face legal consequences for their involvement in the illegal liquor trade.
Charaideo Police took to X to put out, “Continuing its anti-illegal anti-liquor drive, Namtola police of Charaideo district today managed to seize a large quantity of illegal Arunachali foreign liquor and arrest a person.”
