We prepare every batch as it is, from the dough to the fillings, to frying them up as they are ordered to make sure that our customers eat only the freshest meal possible."
He further adds, "Hey! Samosa opens at 9 AM, earlier than most Cafes or Restaurants in Guwahati because we have an extensive breakfast menu."
