GUWAHATI: Guwahati is set to host India’s first qualifying match for the 2022 FIFA World Cup against Oman on September 5.
The match will be played at the Indira Gandhi Athletic Stadium in Sarusajai.
Meanwhile, a delegation of Assam Football Association led by its president Naba Doley called on CM Sarbananda Sonwal and reviewed the preparations for the upcoming FIFA WC qualifying match and also discussed grassroots initiatives for the development of the sport.

The tickets for the match are available at Nehru Stadium and sarusajai Stadium. However, football enthusiast can also avil the tickets from BookMyShow portal.
The tickets are priced at Rs. 50, Rs. 100 and Rs. 200 and the match is scheduled to start from 7 PM.
