Guwahati: Three Bike Lifters Apprehended In Sonapur, Two-Wheeler Recovered

GUWAHATI: A police team nabbed three vehicle lifters along with the recovery of the stolen vehicles on Monday, June 10 in Sonapur.

A team from Sonapur police station under East Guwahati Police District (EGPD) arrested three vehicle lifters namely Bhabesh Deka (24), Bakul Baishya (24), both from Khetri, and Jonystar Timung (21) of Nongpoh on alleged charges of motor vehicle theft. 

One reported stolen two-wheeler has been recovered from their possession. Further probe is on. More details are awaited.
