GUWAHATI: The Guwahati City Chess Association has announced the team that will represent Guwahati at the 48th All Assam Inter-District Under-15 Chess Championship 2025. The tournament is scheduled to take place in Silchar from May 10 to 12.

The following players have been selected in the Under-15 Boys category: Tanmay Rajbongshi, Harsh Deep Deka, Anish Goswami, and Himanish Kumar Sharma.
In the Under-15 Girls category, Hridika Das, Nibhriti Goswami, Ritisha Rajbongshi, and Navishtha Hazarika will represent Guwahati.
All selected players have been requested to contact Pranab Kumar Nath, General Secretary of the Guwahati City Chess Association, on or before May 5 to confirm their participation.
Players who wish to participate in the tournament as special entries have also been advised to get in touch with the General Secretary by May 5.
