GUWAHATI: The Guwahati resident who was tested COVID-19 positive has been completely cured as of now.
In a press meet, Assam State Health Minster Himanta Biswa Sarma said that Manish Tibriwal who is a resident of Zoo Road’s Spanish Garden in Guwahati became the first COVID-19 positive case from the city has been cured and is stable.
It is to be mentioned that he was also the first case in Assam who didn't have any links to the Nizamuddin Markaz congregation in Delhi.

Earlier, G Plus got in touch with the patient’s wife who informed that Manish Tibrawala returned to Guwahati from Delhi via flight on March 1 and was in Guwahati since then.
