GUWAHATI: After seven months of lockdown, Regional Science Centre, Guwahati reopened its door for visitors on November 10, Tuesday.

The Science Centre will remain open from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm on all days including Sunday.
All the galleries and scheduled shows like ‘Science on a Sphere’ and ‘3D film’ among other facilities have been opened for visitors. The Fish Aquarium, Science Park, Dinosaurs Park, Echo Park, Medicinal Plant Garden, Butterfly corner, and all other outdoor facilities of the science Centre are also accessible now.
"Strict protocols have been followed by the centre. As such people without mask will not be allowed to enter. Visitors will be under thermal screening at the entry gate and sanitization dispensing machine are set up at strategic locations," said Basudev Mandal, Project Coordinator.
