GUWAHATI: A sudden heavy shower which came down on Guwahati in the afternoon of March 3 had commuters stranded on the road.
Such is the condition of one of the bus shelters in the prime location of Guwahati's Machkhowa area that the roof of the bus shelter was seen leaking heavily.
People helplessly had to stand and get drenched although they wanted to keep themselves dry under the shleter in the sudden rain.

Meanwhile, reports from areas such as Zoo Road, Chandmari, Ambari, Ulubari, Hatigaon, Dispur, Sarania, Kalapahar, Christian Basti came in, along with visuals of other water logged areas.
