GUWAHATI: A total of three flyovers are set to be constructed at Lokhra, Garchuk and Basistha chariali areas of the city, revealed Assam Transport minister Chandra Mohan Patowary on July 8.
In addition, three flyovers are expected to be built in Nagaon, Bongaigaon and Dibrugarh.

National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) will build all the six flyovers.
The detailed project planning (DPR) of the project is currently underway with plan to complete the same by September this year. Once the DPR is ready, NHAI is expected to start work on the overbridges by October this year.
