Guwahati: Man Commits Suicide In Chandmari

GUWAHATI: In a tragic incident, a man allegedly committed suicide at Chandmari area in Guwahati on Friday, August 2 late in the evening.

According to reports, the deceased, identified as Mithun Dey (35) jumped in front of a train under the Chandmari Flyover. The deceased is said to a resident of Bhaskar Nagar near Guwahati Commerce College. 

Chandmari police reached the spot and sent the body for post mortem. However, the reason behind the death is yet to be ascertained.
