A newborn leopard cub was rescued at Gaushala area of the city on Tuesday evening.
The cub was spotted by the localites who later informed the Gaushala Police Outpost.
A team of forest officials reached the spot and rescued the cub. Later the cub was handed over to the State Zoo.
