GUWAHATI: As Guwahati is getting ready to host the warm up matches in preparation for the upcoming ICC World Cup Tournament, the timings for the matches have been announced to be at 2PM.
The first day of the match is between Srilanka and Bangladesh which will be on September 29, followed by India vs England which will be on September 30. On October 2, England will face against Bangladesh and closing the series on October 3 will be Srilanka vs Afghanistan.
The timing of the match will be at 2 PM sharp and the people who will be watching it have been instructed to be present 3 hours prior to the game.
The ACA (Assam Cricket Association) has issued a statement that people are not allowed to carry anything inside the stadium except for the phone and wallet. The local authorities have also announced a set of traffic restrictions for the warm-up matches of the ICC ODI Cricket World Cup 2023 scheduled to be held at the ACA Stadium in Barsapara, Guwahati from Friday.
The traffic restrictions will be in effect on September 29 and 30, as well as on October 2 and 3.
