GUWAHATI: The Personnel Branch of the Guwahati Municipal Corporation (GMC) has started approving building permissions online in Guwahati. The facility started on Monday, October 4, is expected to lower footfalls to the GMC office and ease the process of getting approvals.
The information was shared with G Plus by the Media Cell of the GMC on Monday.
The GMC has further requested all applicants for building permission to submit all required documents including drawings online, instead of physically visiting the Planning Branch of the GMC Office.
In case of any grievance, complaints may be registered in the following numbers in the GMC Control Room: 8811007000, 7399003001, 7399003002, 7399003003, 739003004.
