GUWAHATI: A tragic accident on the Boragaon flyover claimed one life and left several injured after two cars collided around 1:15 PM on Saturday, February 15.

According to eyewitnesses, one of the vehicles attempted to overtake the other when the crash occurred. Police have rushed to the scene.
Speaking to GPlus, a traffic official from Gorchuk Police Station said, "A passenger died on the spot, while the vehicle was trying to overtake another four-wheeler. A total of 8 people were in the vehicle. We have taken the driver into custody. A complaint is yet to be filed."
